Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo & Jones is a Florida Insurance Defense firm committed to preserving the American system of fairness and justice.  We defend businesses and their insurers from both Liability (A/GL, A&E, BAP, CGL, D&O, E&O, E&S, P&C, PL, PLL, JUA, XS and EC) and Workers' Comp claims.  We also offer Medicare reporting, MSA and lien resolution services.   Our team of 40 litigators reside in 7 offices in Miami, Ft.
