Send the Firm Brochure. The firm brochure will orient you to our Practice Areas, results in trial, and illustrate our business model of how we work with clients and how we measure the firm. The brochure includes attorney bios, a list of representative clients and current copies of our quarterly newsletter, Legal Update.

 

Send Verdicts and Results. We will provide a report of Defense Verdicts by Case Type, Partner, County, Office and Verdict Year including a report of Representative Cases Handled. Please use the comment section available on this page to specify the information you would like to receive.

 

Send the Seminars 2012 Brochure. The Seminars 2012 Brochure provides course descriptions for the complimentary seminars offered by the firm. The firm provides a curriculum of more than 35 seminars on General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Medicare Secondary Payer Law, Coverage and Insurance Defense Litigation. Our seminars are approved for Continuing Legal Education (i.e., CLE) and Adjuster Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Send the quarterly newsletter, The LS Legal Update. The firm publishes a quarterly Legal Update that discusses appellate decisions affecting insurance defense and includes feature articles authored by our attorneys in their practice areas.

 

Send the 2011 Medicare White Paper. The Medicare White Paper discusses the history of the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Act and how to address Medicare in Liability Settlements. The paper presents risk analyses and early identification strategies that will help primary payers decide how to proceed and how to limit potential exposure and guide the claims professional on how to address Medicare in settlements.
