As Litigation Director, he heads up the firm’s complex and high exposure trial team. Jack is distinguished for his results in defending all types of Premises Liability matters including Slip/Trip/Fall, Struck by or Negligent Security. Jack has spoken nationally on the subject of Negligent Security and recently spoke on Negligent Security Issues related to terrorist attacks at shopping centers on A.M. Best Insurance Law Pod Cast Episode 34. He practices in all areas of Corporate and Insurance Defense litigation.
