This practice area is more of compliment to our other services and encompasses all aspects of commercial relationships and provides representation to companies in connection with contract disputes and business torts. We handle high exposure federal lawsuits arising from antitrust and trade litigation, securities litigation, franchise disputes, RICO and consumer protection, real estate and tax assessment, Lanham Act violations, and the Clayton and Sherman Act, to basic landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, default judgment, defamation and interference with business relationships.
