The firm maintains a vigorous Federal Court Practice, including diversity cases and declaratory actions, and our team is admitted to the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.

The firm also removes many diversity cases for its clients facing state lawsuits alleging a variety of common law claims, including product liability and wrongful death.
