Medicare and S.S. Verification

In every case we suggest a Social Security Release to ask if a Plaintiff has applied for or is receiving SSD. An MSA is required when the Plaintiff is currently receiving Medicare or is likely to qualify within 30 months. This means that a Plaintiff who has applied for but not yet qualified for SSD benefits may still require an MSA as a condition of their settlement. Let us verify the claimant’s beneficiary status.
